The maatauranga.co.nz website ("the Site") is produced by Taylormade Media Limited ("the Company"), with the assistance of Animation Research Ltd, the New Zealand Maritime Museum and Emirates Team New Zealand. The Company and/or it's partners and affiliates own all copyright and other rights that subsist in the home page and in the sub-domain pages of the Site. All use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. The Site may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of Site after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

3. Right of Refusal
The Company shall have the right to refuse to allow you access to any of the pages on the Site at any time and for any reason without giving you any advance notice and the company shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (other than losses or damages arising out of the negligence of the company or its employees in the terms established by the applicable laws) arising from your inability to access any of the pages on the Site.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from matters relating to the Site shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
